1. How fast are can orders be shipped?
The indication on the top right corner on the product’s page shows the current availability of each item. Orders placed by 14.00 are shipped the same day for items in stock. Delivery time is also provided during the check out procedure and can vary depending on the Country zone. You will receive tracking number of your package once your order is shipped.

2. How can orders be placed?
Orders can be placed online and paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Paypal or by bank transfer. Orders can also be placed by telephone or by email with Polyprintshop.com sales representatives, who can help with product information.
3. Are import duties applicable?
Import duties are not included and may vary from one country to another. Please check with your local customs services beforehand. All deliveries within the European Union and most countries in the Western world are duty free.
4. Is VAT charged?
VAT (23%) will be charged for all online orders.
5. Is it possible to exlude VAT?
Yes, it is possible to exclude VAT for registered companies in EU and companies outside EU by following the standard export procedure according to European tax regulations.
- This is possible only by selecting "Wire Transfer" as method of payment.
- You will receive by email within 24 hours a Proforma Invoice without VAT in order to proceed with the wire transfer.
- Τhe name of the bank account owner should match the name of the company the invoice will be issued to.
- EU registered companies must provide the VAT number in EU format (Ex. EL99999999)
6. Are discounts available?
We offer special discounts, and sales promotions on a regular basis. Please check the offers tab for more information about the currently available discounts.
7. Are the transactions on Polyprintshop.com secured?
The credit card operations on our web site are hosted by EFG Eurobank, Greek leading secure online payment platform. Polyprintshop.com receives the authorization numbers for each transaction while the credit card information remains strictly confidential at EFG Eurobank.
8. How can an order be traced?
Registered customers can check the progress of their orders online. Moreover, a shipment notification is sent on the same day the order is picked up with the DHL tracking number.
9. Do you accept product returns?
If you feel the product you have purchased is not satisfactory or is not performing to your expectations, please call or e-mail our technical support or sales team to discuss your situation. Products can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date and replaced or refunded if proven faulty. Shipping costs for returns on customer’s charge.
